Measurement
We have a white measurement room with a three-dimensional CMM machine, equipped to measure the parts and generate the corresponding reports.
Ultrasonic inspection
Since 2021, we have been working on the calification of the ultrasonic inspection process for rotating parts of aviation engines in our immersion tanks. Our target is to able to offer this service at the end of 2023.
Macro etching & FPI & microstructure analysis inspections
We are manufacturing the line for macro-etching processes, penetrant testing inspection and micro analysis. With the implementation of this production line, scheduled for 2024, we will be able to carry out the required inspections of engine parts in semi-finished profile and with the possibility of expanding the scope for final profiles.
With these NDT processes, we will be able to offer our customers a complete manufacturing process service for critical aviation engine parts, from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of the part in the profile required by customers.
